About the Role:
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll inspire and guide a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence and delivering world-class solutions. You’ll balance hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, all while driving the strategic growth of the engineering team.
Location: Hybrid working from a central London location
Salary: £85,000–£100,000
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 8–12 engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Define and execute engineering roadmaps in alignment with product goals.
• Oversee code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Implement best practices in software development and agile methodologies.
Key Tech Requirements:
• Proven experience with Node.js and React.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
